When the user pays to the Horizou platform, the corresponding TIC institution's account on the Horizou platform can display the amount of the account, and the amount that can be frozen and withdrawn can be set according to the payment provisions of the contract.

After the user's payment is completed, the samples are sent according to the logistics information of the TIC organization, and the key logistics information is recorded on the Horizou platform; such as non-testing services, such as measurement, calibration, certification and other services, this process is not used.

After the TIC organization completes the service, it will deliver the corresponding service certificate and invoice to the platform and users. Confirmed by the user, the frozen funds will be turned into a withdrawable state on the Horizou platform.

The TIC institution will withdraw the remaining frozen funds into withdrawable funds.

The user applies for the subsidy according to the subsidy policy, and the subsidy party approves the subsidy according to the transaction data of the Horizou platform.

According to the subsidy amount approved by the subsidy party, the user invoices the subsidy party, and the invoice information is uploaded to the Horizou platform.
